Terms of Use

Rosa's Florist: Flower Sort · Effective 7 November 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Tomáš Husár ("we", "us") about your use of the game Rosa's Florist: Flower Sort (the "game"). By downloading or playing the game you accept them. If you don't, please don't use the game.

1. The game

The game is free to play. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial play. The terms of the App Store or Google Play, where you got the game, apply too.

2. Virtual items

Coins, boosters, lives and other in-game items have no money value and can't be exchanged for money. They are a licence to use them in the game, not property. Prices are shown in your store's currency before you buy. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google under their terms, and refunds follow their policies. Nothing sold in the game has random contents.

3. Remove Ads

Remove Ads removes the ads between levels. Ads you choose to watch for a reward stay available.

4. Your progress

The game has no accounts: your progress lives on your device and in its backup. We can't restore progress lost with a device, but Remove Ads comes back with Restore purchases in Settings.

5. Fair play

Don't tamper with the game, its clock or its purchases, and don't copy, modify, sell or rent the game or reverse-engineer it except where the law allows.

6. Changes and availability

We may update the game, its content, events and prices, and may stop offering it, with notice in the game where we can. Settings such as rewards, help and how often ads appear may differ between players and countries while we test them, and so may which offers you are shown. Each thing sold for money has one price for everyone, in your store's currency.

7. Liability

The game is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit, and nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Czech Republic. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim there.
